Eating soup right now. Takes only a few minutes to make. Heres a link. This is the one I'm eating - herbed chicken. Yumm. About CAD$1.67 per can I think. A little much to spend on one measly meal, but its all about prep-time -- for me, practially zero. My kind of meal.
